Returns and Exchanges Motor Vehicle purchases are non refundable.
Parts and Accessories: You MUST call 770-425-4000 to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping your order back to Motions. Any shipments arriving at Motions without a return authorization number will be refused and sent back to you. All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the original customer shipment date. No returns or exchanges on helmets, tubes, tires, batteries, or electrical items. No refunds or returns after 20 days of invoice date.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Any OEM Yamaha brand accessory that has been opened is not returnable.
Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your receipt with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us (please call!) and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item that you ordered, please call us at 770-425-4000. We will look up the item for you and reorder the correct one. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
You must call for a return authorization number prior to shipping your order back to Motions. Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.
